This is a pivotal stage of the building process, where our team will draw upon the insights gathered during the consultation and surveying phase. Our proposals are not just quotes; it is a comprehensive document that outlines the scope of work, pricing, and the terms and conditions.

Once you have had your 2-3 quotes and decided that Surrey Hills Extend & Renovate are the company for you, digitally sign and accept our proposal, pay your deposit and we can get to work.
If you do not already have plans in place then Surrey Hills Extend & Renovate will arrange for you to use 1 of the 3 plans packages that we provide.
Your project will fall under 1 of 2 banners, either Full Planning required OR Permitted development.

Where required Structural calculations will be drawn up and Building Regulations will be prepared, Surrey Hills Extend & Renovate will submit all the relevant paperwork with your local authority building control.
